The UK Data Service is at the core of a network of trust that includes data owners, producers, funders and users.

We have earned that trust through the strength of our delivery partners, whose expertise is built on more than 45 years of hands-on work in data curation, preservation, licensing and access.

  • National statistical authorities - Office for National Statistics (ONS), National Records of Scotland, Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency
  • UK government departments - including the Home Office, BEIS (Department for Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy) and Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
  • Intergovernmental organisations - including the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Office for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), and the World Bank
  • Research institutes - including NatCen, Institute for Social and Economic Research and Centre for Longitudinal Studies
  • Individual researchers
